FREEDOM FRIDAY: Are you blocked by this invisible force?

It's easy to look only to the visible — the material — when we seek to upgrade our health, our relationships, and our prosperity.

But what of the invisible?

Sure, I'm talking of spiritual and emotional energies — and have written about those extensively in past newsletters (and will continue to do so).

But what of the invisible, electrical energy that impacts us day and night?

A few weeks ago, our newsletter featured the importance of grounding, or earthing, to help our mental, emotional, and physical health. That activity involves quite simply walking or standing barefoot, outdoors, on natural surfaces (such as dirt, grass, soil) to allow your body to directly connect with the electrical currents of the Earth.

One of the reasons grounding is so important is to protect against the damage from electromagnetic frequencies, also known as EMFs.

As I work with my clients to clear and clean their limiting beliefs and trapped energies, I'm noticing an uptick in the number of people who are being negatively impacted by EMFs.

It's impacting their moods and their sleep, which in turn impacts their health, relationships, and work.

The Impact of EMFs

Thanks to WiFi, 5G, microwave ovens, and a host of other technologies introduced in recent decades, the human body is constantly bombarded with harmful EMFs.

The International Agency for Research on Cancer has classified EMFs as a potential carcinogen, and EMFs have been found to impact our mood, fertility, sleep levels, and physical health.

This 2016 study in the Journal of Alternative and Complementary Medicine found that grounding can protect humans from the impact of indoor EMFs.

A series of additional studies have found that earthing/grounding can have a dramatic positive impact on balancing out the electrical currents of the human body to protect against the imbalances caused by EMF bombardment.

There is also evidence that EMFs can negatively interact with the inflammatory and rancid vegetable and seed oils that are so common in the Standard American Diet.

The list of studies showing the harmful impacts of EMFs goes on and on.

While there are people who are raising awareness of these health impacts, the fact is it's highly unlikely we're going to stop the growth in technology that is producing the EMFs.

Our best bet — your best bet — is to take action to upgrade yourself and protect against the impacts of EMFs.

Protecting Yourself Against EMF Impacts

Matt Roeske, co-founder of superfood company Cultivate Elevate, has been raising awareness of EMF damage and protection for several years.

He's been on my podcast numerous times to discuss the issue, and has shared with me several actions you can take today to protect yourself against the harmful impacts of EMF damage:

  1. Never sleep with our phones near your bed or under your pillow.

  2. Hardwire your phones and computers with an Ethernet cord. Disable the WiFi in your home.

  3. If you're not willing to do #2, at least turn off your WiFi router at night. It will help you sleep better and at least give you and your family an 8 hour break from that EMF bombardment.

  4. Turn your phones off when not in use or swap to airplane mode. Be aware that if you're opening apps in airplane mode the EMF will still pulse.

  5. Never keep your phone up against your ear when talking. Using a speaker phone is best. I use these radiation-free headphones from DefenderShield.

  6. Unplug the microwave oven when not in use. It pulses all day 24/7.

  7. Limit your children's screen time and if they do use a tablet make sure the Wi-Fi is turned off and the tablet is hardwired. Never allow it to sit on their lap.

  9. Unplug your router before bed. Routers constantly pulse all night and disrupt sleep patterns.
