Are people are born with an entrepreneurial mindset, or are they programmed during the course of their lives?
Curt Mercadante interviews Patrick Bryant, serial entrepreneur, founder of several thriving companies, former chair of the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce, and the co-founder of the Harbor Entrepreneur Center.
"I've seen studies where 80% of people go into college saying they want to be an entrepreneur and form their own company one day, and when they come out of college, 20% think they're going to form their own company because they've been programmed to think, 'oh, I need an employer; I've learned these tasks, someone needs to hire me," said Bryant.
